• Public SyncTool enables the synchronisation of the following Outlook^® databases:

• Public SyncTool enables the synchronisation of all Outlook^® information (contacts, tasks and appointments etc.).

The Public SyncTool synchronisation software is intended for all networks, which either do not have Exchange Server^® installed and nevertheless wish to have their information available offline, or for Exchange^® users, who would like to synchronise a mailbox with an Outlook^® (PST) data file.

Independent if you are a freelancer with one PC and one laptop, or if you work with Public ShareFolder or Exchange^® in a network: Public SyncTool is the right solution for the reliable and safe synchronisation of your data. In order to protect you from loss of data or even from false entries, we have carefully considered how we can support you. In addition, further data resolution queries have been developed, which ask you prior to deleting and prior to the synchronisation of data modified on both sides, which databases are the correct ones.

The interfaces have also been additionally equipped with a visual monitor to show folders that are already connected and thus support you in the administration.
