The SyncTool is ready.When you minimise the SyncTool window it will no longer be displayed as a button in the task list but only as an icon in the system tray:

The SyncTool is synchronising.
To start a synchronisation it is not necessary to open the program window. Right mouse click once on the symbol and then select Synchronise:
If you would like to display the program window again it can be quickly restored by a double click on the tray icon.
