too many public folders dialogs open

If you are getting a message "too many public folders dialogs open" or something similar the Outlook may be storing your searches.

I'm putting this topic in so that others don't waste the time I did trying to find the solution among all the junk Google Ad Sites. The answer was on this site all along but not easily found...thanks to Google.
