Possible solution: Please configure Public ShareFolder completely new and start Outlook® again.
Maybe you have to deinstall the Public ShareFolder Groupware and install it again.
Check also the input of the server name, IP address etc. in accordance with the description of the manual.
(Outlook® must be the standard email client, not Outlook® Express, install it in the standard path, which virus protection is installed, do you have a firewall installed?, etc..)
