What is the meaning of the error message: ”800F0005 / connection limit”?


Message: License connection limit reached.

The number of simultaneous possible connections of the license are reached, which permits the insert license on the Public ShareFolder server.

This could also be happend if you changed a user name on a client you switched one user to another computer but you forget to "delete" the username totaly on the client side.

The username and password is also stored in the Outlook Addressbook. Have a look for a solution in The FAQ No. 70

Solution: Terminate some connections or purchase an appropriate (possibly additional) license.
