How can I open Outlook with different profiles as special for notebooks (offline/Onlie profile)?

If your notebook is connected with your network, your laptop is "online".

If your notebook is not connected with your network, your laptop is "offline".

If your laptop is "offline" and you use Public ShareFolder, you will get a message that the "Public ShareFolder" is not available and Outlook takes ~30 seconds to open the available "Personal Folder".

You can save this time, if you would create an additional (copied) profile in Outlook and after you start Outlook you will be ask, with which profile you want to work.

Info:
A "copy" of an Outlook profile makes not a copy of the PST file. A copy of an Outlook profile use the same PST file.
