Question:  „Can´t connect to server“: Error number: "8000401a (DCOM)"

Answer:

Description (Windows^®):
The server process could not be started, cause the configured identity is wrong. Please check the user name and password.

A cause:
The Client tries to start the Public ShareFolder server again instead to connect itself with the already running server.

Solution:
Install the Public ShareFolder server as Windows^® service. Read for this please the server FAQ 01.
