Under Windows NT®, Windows® 2000, Windows® XP and Windows® 2003 a separate configuration is saved for each Windows® user. Therefore, log on for the configuration as the Windows® user, who will also later be starting the synchronisation.
Public SyncTool uses the installed Outlook® profile to be able to access the contents.
Public SyncTool neither configures network connections nor creates Outlook® profiles. The Public SyncTool also does not directly open the PST files as files but rather via an existing Outlook® profile.
Public SyncTool neither creates nor deletes folders for the synchronisation. It synchronises the contents of already existing folders.
Before you start the SyncTool, please read further in the corresponding section,
